• KYC/AML provider - to verify identity when required. Verification data is encrypted and used only for compliance.
• Product suppliers - to fulfil or validate a specific order.
• Infrastructure & operational providers - hosting, email delivery, analytics, anti-fraud and customer-support tools that act as our processors under contract.
• Authorities & regulators - where required by law, court order, sanctions or AML obligations, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
• Business transfers - a buyer or successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

2. What we do NOT do

• We do not sell or rent your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not share more than each recipient needs for its specific purpose.
• We do not share KYC documents except with our verification provider and, where legally required, the authorities.

3. International transfers

Some providers process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms under Art. 44 ff. GDPR) to protect your data in transit and abroad.

4. Processors act on our instructions

Our service providers are bound by contracts requiring them to protect your data, use it only for the agreed purposes, and apply appropriate security. They may not use it for their own unrelated purposes.

5. Blockchain is public

Payment data recorded on a blockchain is inherently public and shared with the entire network. This is a feature of cryptocurrency and is outside our control.
