- KYC/identity verification (only if triggered): government-ID details and a selfie/liveness check, collected through our verification partner when thresholds or risk rules apply.
- Communications: support tickets, chat and email content, and attachments.
- Technical & usage: IP address, approximate region, device/browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed and session activity.
- Anti-fraud signals: device fingerprint, order patterns and risk indicators.

- Directly from you - when you register, place an order, verify your identity or contact support.
- Automatically - through cookies, logs and similar technologies as you use the site.
- From third parties - our payment processor, KYC provider, and product suppliers, where needed to complete or validate an order.
